What materials is your jewellery made from?
Our collections are crafted from a range of carefully selected materials, including stainless steel, brass, gold plating, natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, crystals and natural beads.
Each product description includes the specific materials used for that piece.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our Waterproof Collection is made with a stainless steel base and durable PVD gold coating, making it suitable for everyday wear, including showering, swimming and exercise.
Our brass-based jewellery is tarnish-resistant but is not waterproof. We recommend keeping these pieces away from water, perfumes, lotions, sunscreen and cleaning products.
Is your jewellery tarnish-free?
Many of our pieces feature a protective tarnish-resistant coating designed to help maintain their colour and shine.
To keep your jewellery looking beautiful for longer, always follow the care instructions provided with your order.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place and avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreen and harsh chemicals.
After wearing your jewellery, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth before storing it separately to avoid scratching or tangling.
Are your gemstones natural?
Yes, many of our pieces feature natural or semi-precious gemstones.
Because each stone is naturally formed, slight variations in colour, markings, size and shape may occur. These unique differences are part of what makes every piece special.
Are your freshwater pearls real?
Yes, we use genuine freshwater pearls in many of our designs.
Freshwater pearls naturally vary in shape, size and texture, meaning no two pieces will be exactly the same.
Will the product look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to represent every piece as accurately as possible.
Due to the natural characteristics of gemstones and freshwater pearls, there may be slight variations in colour, shape, texture and pattern. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colours appear.
Do you offer adjustable jewellery?
Many of our necklaces, bracelets, cuffs and wrap bracelets include adjustable closures or sizing options.

How do I find the correct size?
Sizing information is included on each product page wherever applicable.
For bracelets and bangles, we recommend measuring around your wrist with a soft measuring tape before ordering. For rings, please refer to the sizing information listed on the product page.
Can I wear my jewellery every day?
Yes, our pieces are designed to be enjoyed regularly.
For everyday wear, we recommend choosing from our Waterproof Collection. More delicate pieces and natural gemstones should be treated with additional care to protect their finish.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All Boho & Mala orders are thoughtfully packaged and ready to gift.
You may also leave a note at checkout when purchasing a gift.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, Boho & Mala gift cards are available and make a beautiful gift when you are unsure which piece to choose.

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Processing times may be slightly longer during sales, launches, public holidays and busy seasonal periods.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after receiving your confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched, but we will always do our best to assist.
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Earrings may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Our team will review the issue and assist with an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Do you offer a warranty?
Selected tarnish-resistant pieces include a coating warranty, subject to correct care and normal wear.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches, broken chains, loss, improper care or natural changes to gemstones and pearls.
