Do you offer a warranty?
Selected tarnish-resistant and waterproof jewellery includes a 12-month warranty on the colour/coating from the date of purchase, subject to correct jewellery care and normal wear.
We also offer a 7-day warranty from the date of purchase for broken chains and/or loose stones, where the issue is considered a manufacturing fault.
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches, loss, improper care, general wear and tear, natural variations or changes to gemstones and freshwater pearls, or broken chains and loose stones reported outside the 7-day warranty period.
The 12-month colour warranty applies to the jewellery coating/colour only and does not cover damage caused by incorrect care or exposure to products or conditions outside our recommended care guidelines.

What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Earrings may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Our team will review the issue and assist with an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Do you offer adjustable jewellery?
Many of our necklaces, bracelets, cuffs and wrap bracelets include adjustable closures or sizing options.

Will the product look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to represent every piece as accurately as possible.
Due to the natural characteristics of gemstones and freshwater pearls, there may be slight variations in colour, shape, texture and pattern. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colours appear.
Are your freshwater pearls real?
Yes, we use genuine freshwater pearls in many of our designs.
Freshwater pearls naturally vary in shape, size and texture, meaning no two pieces will be exactly the same.
What materials is your jewellery made from?
Our collections are crafted from a range of carefully selected materials, including stainless steel, brass, gold plating, natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, crystals and natural beads.
Each product description includes the specific materials used for that piece.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Waterproof Collection
Our Waterproof Collection is made with a stainless steel base and durable PVD gold coating, making it suitable for everyday wear, including showering, swimming and exercise.
Tarnish-Resistant Collection
Our brass-based jewellery features a premium gold-plated, tarnish-resistant finish, but it is not waterproof. To help maintain its finish, we recommend keeping these pieces away from water, perfumes, lotions, sunscreen and cleaning products.
Sterling Silver Collection
Our Sterling Silver jewellery is not tarnish-free or waterproof. Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time, so we recommend keeping it dry and away from perfumes, lotions, sunscreen and cleaning products, and storing it carefully when not being worn.
